PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CONSIDERATIONS:
  • 1. The cost per stall for two (2) days includes a marquee for caterer's service area (the front of the stall excluding the cooking/vehicle area), or a marquee for non-catering stalls and stall/car pass.
  • 2. We can provide tables and chairs and Generator set at additional rent cost
  • 3. Your preferred location is not guaranteed subject to availability and organiser's planned lay out.
  • 4. Should you have special request, please write us and submit together with this application form.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1. Payment of Rent as stated in the Terms and Conditions plus an extra Nonrefundable Deposit of £500 for Catering and Non-catering
  • 2. Submission of All Duly Accomplished Forms with Signature
  • 3. Food & Hygiene Certificate or formal account of experience/training (if applicable)
  • 4. Copies of your Public Liability Insurance cover note and other relevant certificates/documents in the Terms and Conditions.
